🔄 Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following procedures for refunds, returns, replacements, and change of mind requests.


🛠 Damaged, Faulty Goods or Missing Parts

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or missing parts, please submit a support request through your account:

  1. Log into your account.

  2. Go to Orders.

  3. Select Request Support for the individual order.

We will advise if the product needs to be returned.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. Refunds cannot be issued to a different account or card.

  • Replacements or Spare Parts: If you are entitled to a replacement product or spare part, we will confirm the next steps.

⚠️ Please note:

  • If an item is returned due to an address discrepancy (caused by incorrect details provided), the costs of Return To Sender (if applicable) and re-delivery will be charged.

  • If an incorrect product is returned to our warehouse, we are not responsible for this item and have no obligation to return it to the customer.


💡 Change of Mind Refund Requests

We do not accept change of mind refund requests for:

  • Health and safety products

  • Bulk purchases (including pallet or pickup orders)

  • Opened packages

For all other products, we will only consider change of mind refund requests if:

  • The request is made within 14 days after the item is delivered.

  • The request is submitted via your account with full details.

Some products may have a supplier-specific change of mind policy. It is your responsibility to check the product listing for details.

⚠️ All items returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or unclaimed parcels, will be treated as a change of mind return.


📝 Change of Mind Request Procedure

  • Please do not return the product without consulting us first. Returns without prior consultation will not be accepted.

  • To request a return:

    1. Log into your account

    2. Go to Orders → Request Support

    3. Provide clear photos or a video showing the product condition

    4. Explain why you wish to return the product

Whenever possible, change of mind returns should be arranged by the customer.


💲 Refunds for Change of Mind

If a change of mind request is approved:

  • With return label provided: Refund = Item price + shipping fee minus return postage and a 10% restocking fee

  • Without return label provided: Refund = Item price + shipping fee minus a 10% restocking fee

  • Return to Sender (RTS): If a customer changes their mind before receiving the item, and the parcel is returned to us, a refund will be processed after the item is received at our warehouse. Refund = Item price + shipping fee minus a 10% restocking fee
