?Foil balloons can be air or helium filled. Pump steps: Please do not over-inflate the balloon which will damage the valve, 70%-80% air fill will be sufficient. Find the inflation valve, insert the nozzle of the pump into the balloon valve, and start pumping until 70%- 80% full. No need to make a knot or use tape to seal the valve, it's automatically sealed after the pump is withdrawn.
Release air steps:
Prepare approximately a 15cm length of drinking straw, insert the straw into the valve, and press the balloon gently by hand until the air is fully released. Fold the balloon for use next time.
